Servings for 4 people

700g of polenta flour | 2.9 liters of water | salt to taste. In a pot or polenta pot, pour the water and, gradually, the flour, stirring vigorously with a whisk or wooden spoon to prevent lumps. Cook for 60 minutes. If the polenta is too soft, increase the cooking time; if it is too thick, add boiling water. Once cooked, spread it on a wooden board or plates. Wait a few minutes before seasoning.
